Location: Telford or London
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Market Rates
My Client is looking for a Business Change Manager to join the team based in either London or Telford for an initial 6 month project. This person will also be required to travel to other Client sites when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the Head of Delivery Group and Senior Leadership Team on future change and leadership strategies. Work with team members to advise and implement.
* Define, develop and manage a number of diverse business change projects, supporting key stakeholders to realise tangible results.
* Identify project groups and project delivery leads for your projects, influencing and coaching people where required.
* Develop an aligned communications approach and plan across transformation programmes with our people's experience at the core
* Encourage change through clear, aligned, timely and compelling communications and engagement activities
* Engage both internal and external key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that effective change is achieved and benefits are realised
* Develop capability for change in the business through facilitation, coaching and leading by example
* Establish a team engagement framework and manage a programme of activity to engage and drive their support and participation in the transformation agenda
* Drive continuous improvement and excellence through monitoring, evaluation, refinement and improvement being integral to everything we do.
* Drive a culture of best practice and new approaches to change to ensure we are leaders in whatever we do.
Essential Knowledge, Criteria and Skills:
* Proven ability to influence and coach people at all levels in change methodologies and strategies.
* 5+ years relevant experience, working in a consulting/programme management competency with demonstrable analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Demonstrate thought leadership and strategic project delivery
* Proven ability to innovate and optimise business processes
* Communicate fluently, orally and in writing, be able to "tell a story" to land messages powerfully
* Excellent facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
* Rapidly absorb new information and applying it effectively
* Ability to develop strong working relationships in a matrix organisation and provide guidance to key stakeholders
