Business Analyst (Technology Fixed Income and Multi Assets)

Responsibilities;

The Business Analyst will be involved on the main project impacting Fixed Income and will participate to the UAT and roll-out phases of a new Front to Back Office tool (Simcorp Dimension)

* Participate to user acceptance testing on Technology side, and support Front Office team during their own user acceptance test

* Control of implementation and parameterization

* Writing procedures and documentations

* Training Front Office users (Fund Managers, Analysts, COO) and Functional support team

* Help during the migration from Thinkfolio and in-house applications to Simcorp dimension

* Participate to the decommissioning plan of legacy systems

The Business Analyst will work in coordination with the Front Office Stream Leader of the project, the Fixed Income and project managers and the FO Application Support manager.

KEY TASKS

* Participate to project meetings.

* Manage relationship with the Business (investment managers, operations, analysts, COO Office).

* Propose customisation of the standard software including the writing of detailed functional specifications for gaps or issues detected during UAT and roll-out phases

* Escalate to project team any gaps/issues that could not be fixed with customisation

* Document all processes and customisations set-up, and train the FO Functional Support team accordingly.

* Test / validate.

* Support Business during UAT phase

* Proactively promote the benefits of the solution including running workshops and training for the business

* Support of the deployment and embarking PM's on the new solution

* Liaise with the FO Functional support team after each roll-out phase

EXPERTISE REQUIRED

* A highly motivated person with a strong experience (3 to 5 years mandatory) in finance, significant interest/experience in asset management and a significant experience in business analysis.

* Actively participated as business analyst in a project implementing a Front Office solution for a financial institution. Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and portfolio management principals in Fixed Income and Multi Asset space will be key, knowledge of Thinkfolio will be a plus.

* Participated in a project with important Change Management will be key.

* Very good writing and analysis skills.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

* Knowledge of the financial instruments (listed instruments mandatory)

* Knowledge of business analysis

* Good knowledge of the financial market

* Previous experience in Change Management

* Very good understanding of trade cycle workflows from the order initiation to the settlement including static and market data management

* Knowledge of project management

* Knowledge of the portfolio management industry, particularly in Fixed Income and Multi Asset space

IT SKILLS

* Ability to work with technical teams - Development and Infrastructure
