Senior Support Engineer (Linux Docker Kubernetes OpenShift MesoSphere). Established start-up software house is seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to provide enterprise and developer support to ensure an easy, consistent and positive user experience is created. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark on a growing company as you will be encouraged to participate in open technical discussions and knowledge share with those around you.

As a Senior Support Engineer you will directly assist developer, operations and infrastructure engineering users through a variety of public and formal channels. Other key responsibilities will include; helping to define and build the company's support offerings and processes, resolving technically challenging issues, testing new releases and writing technical documentation.

Based in London, you will be joining a collaborative company who are passionate about responding to customer needs and making contributions to the Open Source community.

Requirements:

*Linux experience including troubleshooting

*Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or MesoSphere

*Excellent communication skills (customer service orientated)

*Experience with Automation, databases, Storage or Cloud providers

*Desirable: Active in the Open Source community
