Spring technology is currently assisting our Global Retail client is searching for a Bilingual (English + Spanish OR German Or French) Service desk team leader.
Working as a first line of support Service Desk Team provide IT and Operational Support to all stores across Europe and are responsible for delivering a high level of service to the stores and offices. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of Service Desk Analysts to ensure that support, staffing and processes are maintained to a high level, and will work together with the Service Desk Manager to achieve targets, and assist with reporting, analysis and strategic planning.
Requirements
-IT skills
-Team leadership experience
-Support / Customer service experience
-Fluent in English and one of the following - German, Spanish or French
