Web Developer - C# Web API - Manchester City Centre - 6 month contract - Around £380/day

My client, a leading business services organisation in the heart of Manchester city centre, are looking for a .Net Developer/ Web Developer/ C# Developer, to work on one of their major projects. This will be working on a greenfield application and will require a large amount of C# MVC Web API Development.

The right C# MVC Web Developer will be working as part of a 5-8 man development team, working to Agile methodologies. This C# Web API project is in its early stages, so experience of seeing a project through from start to completion will be highly advantageous. The C# MVC application will be used by a large number of visitors, so experience with large scale applications is vital.

The right web developer will have good experience in the following areas:

* Strong C# programming experience

* Excellent middletier (MVC / Web API) experience

* Good knowledge of front end technologies (Angular)

* Strong backend database experience (SQL Server with Entity Framework)

* Ability to work on a large scale application

* Experience working to agile methodologies (Scrum in this instance)

The right .Net Developer will be working on this project for at least 6 months, though the application is not set to go live for 12-18 months so extensions are more than likely.

The client are looking to pay up to £380/day for the right MVC Web Developer, though this is based on experience. They are happy to look at a day remote working as well if required, though they have extremely good transport links in and out of Manchester.
