ITIL Service Transition

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for ITIL Service Transition Consultant to join a leading automotive company.

The ITIL Service Transition Consultant will be involved in a large-scale programme of work within a datacentre hosting and will be required to define services for a new platform and how it will operate. This will also involve a transition from the current platform.

Key Responsibilities

Fully document the service process improvements

Deliver the improvements associated with the priority service management processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned to the new operating model

Drive down the number of future incidents through a robust analysis and execution of the problem management process on re-occurring incidents

Person Specification

Solid Business Analysis background

IT Service management and business change background essential

Proven delivery within a large scale infrastructure change programme specifically within Datacentre hosting

Formal practitioner qualification - Business Analysis (BCS Qualification) ITIL Expert v3 & SC Cleared
