As IT Contracts Manager, you’ll be part of an increasingly digital, national organisation that is continually investing in our staff in order to drive performance and efficiency within a workforce that is diverse, flexible and highly mobile.
We’ve already made great progress towards a fully cloud-based technology stack with an emphasis on outsourced delivery to multiple suppliers, and you will play a key role in driving this strategy forward with technical and business colleagues.
If successful, you will lead a small team and be responsible for:
Ensuring the effective management of contracts and assuring supplier performance in a cloud first environment
Ensuring that a multi-supplier environment supports a seamless experience for Cafcass staff and customers
Embedding a collaborative, flexible and value for money contracting environment
Ensuring the alignment of technology contracts with business requirements
Supporting the effective running of live services.

Hold a recognised qualification appropriate to the role
Have seven to ten years’ experience in one or more disciplines such as;
- suppler and vendor management
- IT contracts management
- Cloud technology sourcing and management
- information or business analysis
- Have successfully worked with a range of external service providers
- Have had exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, contracting models and technologies
- Offer strong leadership skills that create positive, effective and sustainable relationships.
We’re flexible on location and offer home and remote working. The successful candidate would ideally be based from either our Leeds or Bloomsbury (London) for 1 or 2 days a week. We also provide a competitive and rewarding remuneration and benefits package, including:
