SC Cleared Automation Scripter to be based in Newcastle on an 3 Month contract. Experienced Automation Scripter with strong Powershell, VDA and SQL skills.

Job Title - SC Cleared Automation Scripter

Location - Newcastle

Rate - £ 650 per day

Duration - 3 Months

Purpose: The post holder will be responsible for utilizing your advanced skill set to automate the migration process, interegating and validating technical data using a variety of sources in readiness for input into migration documents. You will also be responsible for tracking and resolving escalated issues.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

* Create, develop and maintain tools using Powershell, VDA and SQL

* Champion current process improvement

* Liaise with other teams and key stakeholders in regular meetings and develop new or update existing toolsets in line with new requirements

* Interrogate and validate technical data using a variety of technical sources in readiness for input into migration documents and the schedule of work

* Develop and maintain documentation and work instructions in support of applications

Person Specification:

Skills

Essential

* Expert working knowledge of Wintel and Office 365 environments

* Advanced MS Access/ Excel skills and report creation

* Advanced PowerShell skills

* Hands on experience with data feeds, data reconciliations and databases

* Expert debugging abilities

* Excellent analytical skills (able to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data)

* Strong communication skills with a focus on mentoring stakeholders

* Ability to prioritise your workload
