Our client are currently looking for an experienced Project Support / Administrator to work on an initial 3 month contract at their site in Berlin.

Applicants must have the following skills:

-Microsoft Packages knowledge especially excel and project

-Organised

-Ability to work under pressure/to deadlines

-Able to support on things that may not be in their area of expertise

-PM knowledge or accreditation i.e. APM or P2 would be desirable or scheduling experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Provide admin support to team including hotel booking, updating forms of where people are

-Provide PM support in updating the programme and checking that work packages are complete when the PM is not in country

-Support in putting together revenue spreadsheets

-Support in managing day to day requests from team such as updating forms, updating the Sharepoint

-Ability to communicate with people and update tracker of where people are and supporting staff in getting people in country/checking they have everything required when they arrive.
