Interim Training Quality Specialist - 9 Month

An exciting new opportunity for a 9 Month FTC Training Quality Specialist has arisen, purpose to quality assure the training, learning and education of training services.

* Assure the quality of teaching, learning, education and design activities.

* Review trend analysis and make recommendations to the management team

* Undertake audits, compliance checks and learning walks

* Act as focal point for the Royal Navy on all aspects of QA

* Act as focal point for external accreditation bodies e.g. University of Portsmouth

* Provide adhoc advice and guidance on matters of teaching, learning, education and design quality

* Produce periodic written QA reports

Qualifications & Requirements

* Degree in appropriate subject

* Quality Assurance experience

* Qualification in the field of Quality Assurance

* Qualification in a teaching, learning and/or education field

* Substantial experience in a teaching, learning and/or education field

* DSAT Defence Experience

* Proactive and self-starter

* Auditing experience - Desirable
