VP of Engineering

An established manufacturer of satellite communication systems are looking for a VP of Engineering to join their team in Essex.

What will you be doing?

As VP of engineering, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing an Engineering Team day to day, as well as lead the company's strategy and technological developments

What skills/experience should you have?

1 Strong experience of managing technical teams creating hardware and software products (bias towards Electronics Software would be preferable).

2 Overall program management experience with hardware, software and manufacturing products.

3 Experience in developing ENG hardware and software is highly desirable.

4 Experience in Satellite communications is highly desirable.

5 Excellent communication skills with experience working with all levels of business.

6 An ability to maximise current technologies and where this stream of products can be applied to other industries outside their current market.
