Digital Lead - 12 months initialInternational - Zurich based
Rate negotiable DOE
X4 Group are currently recruiting for an exciting and unique 12 month opportunity for a Digital Lead working through an international consultancy who are at the heart of disruptive technologies. The role will be based onsite with their end client in Zurich and will be a key position within the organisation with responsibility for supporting IT & business leadership in managing and leveraging the entire lifecycle of Digital Supported Services implementation.
Key responsibilities:
'€¢Heading up reviews of various initiatives, subprojects within Digital Solutions that are challenged, and providing recommendations for changes that could / should occur'€¢Ownership of the identification, prioritisation, and coordination of digital project resources; leading the mapping of digital capabilities to enterprise architecture, IT roadmaps, and business capability'€¢Oversight of dependencies across the projects in the Digital Supported Services portfolio; Maintaining project budget, scope, schedule, resource; managing risk / issue resolution
To be successul in the role you'll need to demonstrate:
'€¢Exceptional background within IT / Digital leadership, ideally on an international / global scale, with proven ability to communicate visions that inspire and motivate IT teams'€¢Excellent experience within and knowlegde of digital / product lifecycle management - plus an understanding of advanced analytics and / or machine learning would be nice to have'€¢Although not a pre-requisite, a client / customer facing background with specific experience in pharmaceutical / diganostic laboratory environments would be advantageous'€¢Success in leveraging both traditional practices (eg IT Service Management), as well as emerging methods (eg DevOps), that are optomised for agility
