My client is an asset management spin off of a multinational leading investment bank with a worldwide presence. They are seeking an Investment Risk Manager with a considerable amount of experience in a leading buy side asset management company.

You will be sitting within their front office and will be given the task of improving risk monitoring tools, liaising with investment managers and perhaps most importantly monitoring risk funds daily; experience in UCTIS alternative funds is a prerequisite. This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody who wants to assume the responsibility of being very influential on portfolio risk and structured funds.

My client is do not see their Investment Risk team merely as a compliance reporting function; you will be involved in helping devise business strategies, complex VAR modelling, scenario analysis and Investment committee meetings.
