Have you had your first taste of commercial development experience, but now looking for somewhere that can take your skill set to the next level, as well as scope your career and give you a clear route of progression?

Alison signed on the dotted line 2 years ago and came on board as a Java Developer. Within 4 months, her hard work was recognised and she is now sitting comfortably as a Scrum Master. Alison has received internal and external training to improve her leadership skills and she is now targeting herself to progress even further due to the great support she has received. Could you be the next Alison?

You will be provided with a very clear structure to help you move from Developer to Senior to Lead and then Architect. Alternatively, if you want to manoeuvre through the management path, then you could also follow this avenue (Lead, Scrum Master, Development Manager, Head of Development etc).

In this role, you will be working with Big Data technologies in a Scrum team of 10 and will follow Agile methodologies to help complete your work. The company is a large figure in the Public sector and is one of the largest employers of developers in Leeds.

Experience wise, they are looking for Java Developers (minimum 1 year experience) who are able to:

Write and deploying correct and functioning Java code in a commercial environment

Be comfortable using databases

The full package details include;
