Financial Software Business Development £35k + OTE South West

I am actively seeking a Sales Professional looking to work an exciting South-West England territory for one of the UK's leading Sage Partners. You will come from a Financial Software Sales background (Sage, Xero, Quickbooks etc) and be looking to step up into an autonomous field-based role. You will be used to crushing Sales numbers and have ambition to move forward in your career at a leading Sage business.

You will be joining a business with incredible financial backing and the go-ahead to seriously upscale over the next three years. This allows you the opportunity to look at Senior Sales positions in record time and realistically boost your earning potential. You will be in regular contact with both the Area manager and Country Sales Director - who are both excellent mentors and possess good track records in building Sales teams.

You will be based around the South West of England (with Bristol, Exeter or Taunton being ideal locations) and working with clients from across the region. There will be weekly office visits, but in general you will be working either from home or out at client sites. An average deal is around £30k and you will be targeted at 4 deals each quarter, working on a 1-3 month sales cycle. With this, an OTE of double - even in year one, is very do-able and you can expect to walk away with ~£70k. On top of this, a great holiday allowance is offered alongside a very generous car allowance.

Required Skills:

* Sage Sales experience (ideally at a Sage Partner).

* "Hunter" - skilled at generating own business.

* Excellent mannerisms on the phone and face to face presentations.

* Knowledge of Manufacturing vertical is desirable.

* UK license and car ideal.
