We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer (Enterprise Sales) to join our client based in Central London on an initial 3 month contract.
This is to start as soon as possible with a day rate around £300.
You will consult with internal leaders to develop a deep understanding of talent needs, initiate in-depth and innovative sourcing strategies, research and address gaps in growing markets/high-leverage job profiles, and provide subject matter expertise for future pipeline planning. Striking a balance between immediate impact and generation for future needs, the ideal candidate will recall a history of success applying a data-driven, performance-based approach to sourcing talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years experience in Human Resources, Demand Generation, or Market Research-related discipline, with first-hand experience within a Talent Sourcing or Pipeline Generation capacity
Demonstrated understanding of the talent market and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce talent for immediate and future needs
Proficiency with Talent Acquisition technologies (CMS, CRM, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology)
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate professional experience preferred
Essentially this is a strategic sourcing role (not full cycle), this person will be responsible for using a variety of creative and strategic sourcing methods to find and attract Sales & Marketing professionals. We really need someone with at 7+ years of sourcing/recruitment within the Enterprise Sales space, someone who has recruited for high growth startups is a huge plus.
