Is one of the favorite parts about your current role not just creating bespoke software but meeting your clients face to face and actually selling the business?

Well, this is an opportunity to become the star of the show as you will be joining a creative and unique team of 25 Java developers and 10 .Net developers, in the center of Leeds. This team has been built up over 18 years and they are offering you the opportunity to act as the face of the business in a very client facing role.

Working for this Digital Agency you will be winning new business through examples of an existing portfolio of very high profile clients in the retail, finance and health industry. These include; NHS, Aviva, Vodafone, CenterParcs, Morrisons and Costcutter to name a few. How good will that look on your CV?

You will join a strong team whose retention rate is so high, not just because of the excitement of getting out there, showing off your work and working on greenfield projects but you will get a 5% performance related bonus split into three parts of the year. If you are a super star at a senior level this will be double to 10%!

You will receive 5% pension matched and you will make use of flexi time with the ability to start between 7 and 9:30, which ever suits you best.

If you do really well you may even be joining them on their next super trip, all expenses paid for!
