Hugely successful sports betting consultancy is seeking a talented Technical Support Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Platform team, who are responsible for the on-going support and evolution of the company's technology platform. You will lead and manage a small team of Engineers, providing technical direction on core platform components (Network, Security and Virtualisation) and be responsible for prioritising issues and projects appropriately.
As a Technical Support Manager, working collaboratively with the Head of Platform, you will manage projects, deliverables, issues, strategy and support and ensure that best practise is followed at all times; seeking out new and creative ways of continuously improving practises within the team.

Requirements:
*Experience of technical management (Agile / Kanban)
*Strong technical background (Virtualisation, Networking, Storage)
*Experience with budget and contract management
*Excellent communication and management skills
*Previous experience in an environment with technical pressures and large amounts of data
*Desirable: Cloud-based solutions
