Vacancy - Swansea - Business Analyst - Business Systems

One of Swansea's most thriving establishments is looking to add a "Technical Business Analyst" to their Business Systems team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business led & IT change across the technology applications on a range of large and small projects. You will work with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate these into technical requirements that can be developed by external or internal developers.

Roles & Responsibilities;

* Support the delivery of business change across the technology applications, with a strong focus on core systems.

* Engage with the business teams to understand the business outcomes that the organisation is thriving to deliver and translate these outcomes into practical requirements that can be delivered by the practical teams.

* Structure work load and model requirements and processes in order to provide value to the functional requirements and how they plan to manoeuvre the business outcomes and technology model.

* Support the technology development team and work closely with key software providers.

* System Development and User Story Writing.

Key Skills;

* Solid understanding of project management tools and techniques.

* Facilitating workshops experience.

* Experience in documenting technical requirements which can be passed to developers.

* Technical requirements documenting.

* Detailed use of Visio for both process and architectural drawings.

* Detailed Acceptance criteria documenting.
