VP of Engineering - (Electrical, Mechanical & RF)

Location: Paddington, London (and a few days per week home-working)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000, home-working, 25 days holiday, bonuses, flex-working, childcare voucher, life insurance and much more!

Backed by Silicon Valley investment and set up to be a huge competitor in the IoT sector, they are planning to hire over 20 people this year alone - so this is a great time for you to start at the beginning of their journey!

The founder has successfully launched other IoT successes so he knows what he' s doing - so you can have confidence in the future of the business.

The engineering department is split between Embedded/Firmware team in London, a Cloud team in Florida and your team.

You will be running a team of electrical, mechanical and RF engineers - at the moment a lot of them are outsourced but they are keen to get London engineers - so you can build the division in your image!

You won't just be building a team though - you'll be playing a huge part in bringing their IoT products to life. You'll be overseeing the whole physical product development through the entire life-cycle.

When you see this product in peoples homes, you'll know it was possible because of you.

Whether you're currently an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer/Team Lead looking for their first Engineering Managerial role, I want to hear from you - your experience with people as well as Electrical Design and Connected/Wireless Devices is what they are interested in, not your title.

If you've worked with RF Design that would be a big bonus, but if not don't worry - they have RF Engineers for that.

Your salary will be between £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefit like home-working, 25 days holiday, bonuses, flex-working, childcare voucher, life insurance and much more.
