My client has a requirement for an experienced IT support analyst to join their team
*To provide an important point of contact to users of IT services such as PC provision, printing, networking, telephony and AV ensuring a good level of facilities management. To work closely with Reception and Conference Support with regards to AV provision
*Monitor ServiceNow incidents and requests assigned to the Service Desk resolving routine tickets in conjunction with the team of Support Analysts
