The investment management area of a top tier investment bank are looking for a Hands on Team Leader here in London. In this role, you will be leading a small team whilst working on as a full stack developer on a variety of interesting Greenfield Projects.

This position is a great opportunity if you are looking to make a technical influence within a major financial institution as they interested in testing new technologies to keep them ahead of their competition within the investment management sector.

As well as getting to manage and lead the team throughout Greenfield projects, you will also get to opportunity to learn new technologies as they plan to expand into utilising Machine learning and data analysis, then move the bank into more web based technologies.

Requirements

- High proficiency in an OO Language.

- SQL or Sybase.

- Leadership/Mentoring experience is beneficial.

- Knowledge of Investment banking.

- Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
