Global IT Solutions organisation are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst for their Mobile Engineering Team.

This role is pivotal but challenging, diverse and rewarding and will offer you an opportunity to grow and develop your expertise as there are substantial projects pipelined until 2020.

The person required will require proven experience of:

* Customer and client support, offering technical advice and guidance

* Software applications support to services and colleagues

* Mobile Technology Support to colleagues and mobile engineers

* Mobile Telephony and handheld device support i.e. Apple phones, iPads etc

* Strong service ethic and experience of supporting users on a regular basis

* Ideally Workforce Management Software i.e. Maximo, Eden, IFS MWFM or TBS Taskmaster.

Stationed at the clients brand new, state of the art premises in Solihull your focus will be towards maintaining and supporting numerous applications based around Microsoft SQL technology, therefore, you will require a heavy bias towards applications support and database queries.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

* Lead the deployment of WFM both as part of mobilisations as part of ongoing business change programmes.

* Accurately record all actions taken on the IT systems to ensure a full audit trail.

* Be aware of the business continuity plans for the business and ensure that developed processes and systems adhere to them, providing updates to BCPs where necessary.

* Ongoing management of business rules once deployed.

* Monitoring and management of the Taskmaster mobile working solution.

* Testing system upgrades and changes as required.
