For our client located in Dusseldorf we are currently looking for a risk reporting analyst.

Volume: 50h per week

Remote: 1 day per week possible

Description:

-Be the central hub for MiFID II requirements (especially position limit monitoring and position reporting) across all commodities and products (Exchange and OTF Broker) which are traded by the client

- Identify and engage with the stakeholders (e.g. Front Office, Risk, and senior management)

- Identify, document and engineer requirements.

- Moderate and manage scope.

- First point of contact for business to be consulted on requirements.

- Challenge requirements and provide alternative solution options (cost/ benefit analysis).

- Communicate and discuss requirements with all stakeholders at all levels across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Educated to degree level (IT and/ or related business discipline).

- Minimum of five years of experience in relevant positions.

- Strong knowledge of an energy trading organization which ideally includes risk management and regulatory reporting.

- Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to manage complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way.

- Sound understanding of the processes, data flows and systems involved in the client's ETRM and Reporting landscape with a thorough knowledge of the deal lifecycle and related data model.

- Ability to facilitate teams to solve technical challenges, especially when they involve negotiation between multiple business or technical stakeholders

- Proven capability for efficient stakeholder communication and management

- Strong team player able to demonstrate experience of working in an international team

- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus

- Expert in the data model of the Enterprise Reporting systems

- Expert in the reporting tool Tableau

- Expert knowledge in SQL
