Southampton (centrally located) - Commutable from: Totton, Hythe, Romsey, Hedge End, Whiteparish, Salisbury, Brockenhurst, Ringwood, Winchester, Fareham and surrounding areas

Are you an Office Administrator? Do you have experience of Liaising with customer and general administrative duties? My client are a leading international engineering business. They are seeking an Office administrator to carry out data entry and general coordination duties.
The successful candidate will have experience of using Microsoft office, covering reception and customer coordination including quotation and orders.
On offer here is an excellent permanent role with a competitive salary at a leading international business. Along with an excellent package. This would be an ideal role for an administrator.
The role:
*Data entry for Health and Safety system
*Coordinating between suppliers and the workshop on services
*Greeting customers, ensuring all signing in and safety procedures are carried out. Supplying refreshments when necessary
The person:
*Experienced user of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel etc)
*Previous experience in an administration role
*Excellent telephone manner
