Business Architect - Coventry with travel to Nottingham - Initial 3 months

Our client requires a Business Architect to work on 2 major transformation programmes involving the use of modern technologies to improve Customer Experience.

This role will see you working with Business teams to identify capability needs and provide answers to various challenging questions.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting business SMEs to define Requirements to develop Target Architectures

* Translate the Business Vision and Strategy into a series of high level programme objectives

* Identify Big Questions, Risks and Dependencies for the Programmes

* Apply Colleague, Customer, Commercial and Compliance Lens

* Inform and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, up to executive level

* Use target and transition architectures to define Capability Roadmaps to deliver functionality and support migration of customers

* Maintain artefacts within a repository for reference by all team members during the programme

* Working with Third Party Suppliers to create solutions matching business requirements from Industry solutions

Essential Skills

* Previous Business Architect experience within a Large Organisation

* Understanding of Customer, Financial, Operational and Regulatory drivers across the utilities industry

* Experience of supporting and reporting to Senior Stakeholders

* Demonstrable influencing skills and strategies

* Experience dealing with 3rd parties

* Previous experience as part of large scale projects / programmes

* Engaging presentation creation

* Facilitation of Meetings and Workshops with multiple senior parties

* Prioritisation of deliverables to maximise ROI and create great Customer Experience

* Ability to perform lower level analysis as required on specific topics

Desirable

* TOGAF or similar framework

* Retail Utility experience

* Transformation Programmes

* Large Scale Migration planning & execution

* Working with IT departments to deliver solutions

* Agile Delivery experience
