SAP Field Based Sales SaaS £50k + Double OTE

An incredible opportunity to join a leading SAP Partner at a pivotal point in their business growth has arisen. A Business Development Professional is required to lead the charge of a fully costed and funded scale-up and as such earn well above average commissions and put their stamp on the ERP Landscape across the whole of the UK. You will be working with an innovative product at a time when sales are anticipated to fly.

Based across the UK, you will have a large degree of flexibility around working location and hours (although fairly regular travel to Birmingham will be required). For the most part, you will be out on the field selling and as such this position requires a true Hunter with a proven background in building true pipeline and closing down ERP opportunities. Sales targets will be your bread and butter and you will relish the chance to join a leading brand and team and seek to be the best.

A base salary of £50k plus car allowance is on offer with an OTE of double expected in year 1 - but the true USP of this role is that achieving target and getting double OTE is the ground floor of potential as you will be working on multiple opportunities which can reach industry-leading commission accelerators. You will be closing deals around the £250-350k mark with £500k+ opportunities not out of the ordinary. As such, you will have a fairly similar history of closing or be looking to step up with excellent % achievement of target.

Skills required for the role:

* SAP ERP knowledge ideal (cross-training from other ERPs potentially available).

* Previous ERP Field Sales experience - including proof of achievement.

* Ability to take a consultative approach and establish credibility.

* UK Driving license and willingness to travel across the whole of the UK.

* Highly driven with a desire to win deals.
