Key Skills:

* Ability to lead and work through delivery issues through to resolution

* Ability to liaise with key stakeholders and technical solution experts in order to progress solution issues through to resolution

* Good experience in developing formal documentation for sign-off by the client

* Demonstrable experience of working in an agile delivery environment

* Demonstrable Programme and Project experience within Government environment

* Ability to configure and administer Microsoft Project Online including:

o Security model for assigning access / removing access

o Azure Active Directory for Project Online resources

o Configuration of PWA

o Knowledge of Workflow development in PWA

o Connectivity between Project 2016 Professional client & Project Online service

* Ability to configure Power BI including:

o Connectivity to MS Project Online

o Development of data queries

o Development of MSPO Content Packs for report generation

* Collaborative working with stakeholder communities including Security Assurance/Accreditors and Information Asset Owners

* Familiarity with the Office365 suite, including

o Tenant administration,

? User management (user creation, user deletion)

? Tenant subscription/license management

? Password & account resets

? Data sharing configuration policies

? Security monitoring / auditing (Security centre)

? Multi-factor authentication setup

? User group access

o Additional requirements

?O365 PowerShell

* SharePoint Online administration including:

o Site Collection / Site creation/deletion.

o SharePoint Online security model.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of technical documents including Security Assurance Document

2. Design, build and test MSPO functionality to support PMO processes based on functional requirements identified by Business Analyst

3. Support Reporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the Design, build, test of PowerBI releases

4. Support to 1st Line support and provide 2nd line support where necessary

5. Liaise with client O365 Admin team to investigate and resolve solution issues as necessary

6. Participate in scope definition workshops to provide technical guidance

7. Facilitate solution design and configuration workshops

8. Produce Configuration Documentation

9. Train the trainers for each iteration (PMO SMEs)
