Key Skills:

* Quick to understand and apply client specific Business processes to technical solutions

* Ability to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders at all levels and from various disciplines

* Ability to lead and work through delivery issues through to resolution

* Ability to liaise with key stakeholders and technical solution experts in order to progress solution issues through to resolution

* Ability to work well within in a team as well as individually

* Good experience in developing formal documentation for sign-off by the client

* Demonstrable Programme and Project experience within Government environment

Responsibilities:

1. Obtain detailed knowledge of:

a) Portfolio, Programme & Project Controls Processes

b) Portfolio, Programme & Project Reporting Processes

c) Functional Design for iterations of EPM solution, based around MS Project Online or Project Server environment and MS Power BI

2. Obtain understanding of:

a) Communications Plan for Build & Test and Implement Phase

3. Implement changes as deemed necessary by Project & Business Change to:

a) Business Process Documentation

4. Functional Design for solution iterations

5. Review:

a) Test scripts for EPM solution

b) Test results for EPM solution

c) Training deliverables for EPM solution

d) Implementation deliverables for EPM solution

6.Provide support to:

a) Project Team in understanding intricate details of the Business Processes

b) PMO Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in order to understand how their business processes are supported by the EPM solution and assist deployment of the overall solution
