Analog IC Layout Manager

A market leading Semiconductor business is looking to hire a Layout Manager for their new team.

In this role which is in a corporate team and not part of a particular business line, you would be supporting other business lines and not work on specific products but be involved in a variety of key projects across different product lines for key customers worldwide.

You will have technical supervision of engineering work, including active participation in design reviews as well as involvement with recruitment, training and leadership of the engineering team.

As the successful Layout Manager you are industry degree qualified and have at least 10 years of experience in your field from within other product based companies in the Semiconductor industry. Proven team leadership experience as well as a proven track record of completing development projects is a must have.

This is a great and rare opportunity for a Layout Lead or Layout Manager to become part of a multinational Semiconductor business and contribute to the establishment of a new design team.
