Scrum Master Solihull!

My client based in Solihull is looking to hire a Scrum Master to join their team. This role will see guiding the team in effective and efficient delivery of software solutions and aid in the implementation and adoption of Agile principles and Scrum values. The role will centre on building cross functional, collaborative teams and integrated pipelines.

This newly created role will see you being the subject matter expert in all things Agile, as well facilitating good working practices both internally and externally

You will be expected to:

Organise Scrum events and track the team velocity and sprint/release progress. .

Monitor project backlogs and work requests and aid in the requests, testing and providing solutions.

Facilitate backlogs refinement meetings and support collaborative product backlog creation.

Work with the Product Managers to manage expectations around expectations and releases.

To be successful in this role you should have experience in:

*Jira and Confluence as well as a familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM platforms, Sharepoint, Web Development (C#.Net)

*Using Jira to configure boards, workflows and permissions.

In return for your skills my client is looking to pay £45000 - £55000 plus an extensive benefits pack including 25 days holiday, up to 10 percent pension, healthcare, gym membership, on site diner and free parking.
