Are you a Manufacturing Manager looking to head a team of 40, directly impact the growth of an industry leading company, with a clear scope for progression and a competitive salary?

You will be the go-to Manager within a brand new role, where you will have the autonomy to introduce your own processes/systems and make your own mark on ensuring the business continues to thrive. From a Fabrication/Industrial background, you will oversee a Machine/Laser Cutting Shop, as well as Welding and CNC Bays. Liaising with other departments, you will look at ways to improve all areas of manufacturing to enable the company to develop even further.

This role would suit a Manufacturing/Operations Manager with experience in Fabrication, Industrial or similar, who is technically minded and who is looking for a varied and highly rewarding role.

THE PERSON

* Background in Fabrication, Industrial or similar

* Previously worked within a Supervisory/Management role within an Engineering/Manufacturing firm

* Technically minded
