Product Manager- Fast Growing FinTech £80,000
We are looking for Product Manager's to join this rapidly growing business. Based in London and working on market leading finance software this role will focus on ensuring that the product suits customer demand and remains the leader in the market..
If you are a self-driven, enthusiastic Product Manager with great experience of managing end to end delivery then this one is for you.
Responsibilities of the Product Manager:
* Experienced in end-end delivery of products from inception through to delivery. Ideally in an analytic/fin-tech background.
* Work collaborative across the business understanding business and customer needs and translating these into workable business propositions.
* Be an advocate for agile delivery, ensuring that the methodology is adhered to and championing it.
* Create user stories and concise requirements.
* Be passionate about the products you are looking after.
* Understand how to drive business advancement and maintain support of the team,
Background and Skill Set required for the Product Manager Role
* Demonstrable experience of delivering digital products from inception through to delivery. Ideally with FinTech experience.
* Excellent team player, able to understand requirements from multiple teams and work together to reach a team goal.
* Excellent data analytic skills and experience using Data to drive decision making.
* Experience assisting UI/UX would be highly beneficial.
* Demonstrable experience with creative solutions for Products.
This role is all about being a strategic thinking, creative and hands-on Product Manager. You will need to demonstrate experience of end-end delivery and will suit someone who really wants to make a difference to a growing organisation.
The Product Manager role will be based in London.
The Product Manager role will pay a salary in the region of £80,000 depending on experience.
