My client is a market leader with a global footprint and a client base that includes some of the world's largest companies.

They recently embarked on a Finance Transformation Project with the aim of selecting a new, integrated cloud based global finance system. The scope of the new system covers core finance applications (general ledger, working capital management, budgeting and forecasting) as well as time and expenses, project management, resource management, and CRM applications.

Following a detailed tendering and procurement exercise completed in December 2016, my client selected a suite of SAP software for its global finance system:

· SAP Business ByDesign providing core accounting and project management capabilities

· SAP Business Objects as an advanced reporting tool

· SAP BPC as a budgeting and forecasting tool

· Concur as an expenses module

Global Business Systems Manager - Job Description:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Systems Manager to lead the business's in-house finance ERP resources and provide full ownership of the successful maintenance and development of the SAP finance ERP suite within the organisation.

The successful applicant will be the hands-on owner responsible for governance, controls, administration, configuration and support of the SAP suite. The individual will become the internal SAP expert and will be responsible for day to day BAU management of the system. The individual will also need the ability to understand the cross over requirements that will arise from both IT and Business needs as the enterprise system develops and grows.

Key roles and responsibilities the post holder will be required to:

· Perform the SAP ByDesign audit function

· Monitor and ensure system Global Governance and Controls are adhered to

· Manage data quality

· Track and report on SAP ByDesign System performance monitoring (KPI's)

Contract: 12 months+

Location: London
