SCHEDULING CONSULTANT

PERMANENT FULL TIME

BRISTOL

c.£45,000 - c.£55,000 + Full benefits package includes - Contributory pension scheme, share incentive plan, private medical insurance, private dental insurance, childcare vouchers, holiday vouchers, other leisure discounts etc

The Job

You will assist in defining and implementing schedule software management processes and procedures

Maintain project schedules and keep project resources on track, providing regular project updates to stakeholders, and maintain contact with staff to monitor job progress troubleshooting and monitoring potential scheduling problems

As the Scheduling Manager you will be responsible for integrating multiple schedules into a master project schedule

Take leadership of a specific functions scheduling and project controls support capability

The Fit

Significant knowledge of the development and delivery of complex project schedules using proprietary planning tools, specifically PPM2016 or Primavera P6

Excellent project and programme management background ideally with qualifications to support this (such as PRINCE2 or APMP)

Programme or Project controls qualifications

Background within the defence, nuclear, civil infrastructure, oil & gas, governmental or similar industry would be beneficial

Experience of working across multiple complex projects at one time

If you have risk management and/or cost experience that will be beneficial but isn't essential
