CF Big Data & Analytics team are currently recruiting for Insight & Reporting Analysts for a leading Digital Marketing Agency.

Our client, a leading digital and direct marketing agency, are a Data driven creative agency who are committed to developing better customer insights for their customers.

This year they have secured a large project pipeline with their key client and are actively recruiting for experienced professionals to come in an hit the ground running. For the right candidate there is a potential this contract will extend onto another project.

What you will be doing:

- You will be working in the Data Planning team to analyse customer behaviour, and therefore influencing marketing communications and the strategic output.

Skill-sets Focus:

- Strong Data Analytics background

- CRM & Customer Segmentation experience

- Power BI / Visualisation experience

Preferential:

- Agency experience (Ideally working on similar campaigns i.e. telecoms )

- SQL experience is not mandatory

- Not too technical, more Data Analytics driven

Project Focus:

- At present, the project team are generating and enabling Customer Dashboards (this includes things like the Brand Metrics, Competitor Shares etc.)

- The main project focus is around developing Customer Insights.
