Technical Architect

-Greenfield Banking Projects - £100,000+ - London

Who's is the role with?- This opportunity is with a prestigious software consultancy building bespoke, business-critical systems for some of the world's most high profile organisations. They operate primarily within the banking and financial industry, working on mostly greenfield development projects with Tier 1 financial institutions in and around London.

What will you be doing? - As a Technical Architect you will build enterprise systems, evaluate existing IT systems and advise on technology choices. You will solve complex technical problems. You will also work closely with Lead Developers and PMs, presenting technical proposals to prospective London based clients. Note this is a hands on position, rather than a solutions architect position.

You will need some not all of the following:

* A strong background in software development

* Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship

* Experience working in the banking/financial sector AND/OR at a digital agency/software consultancy

* A relevant university degree (computer science, economics, physics, mathematics etc.)

* Strong commercial experience with enterprise-level systems

* Strong technical expertise in a range of technologies, including one or more of:

* C# and/or Java

* HTML5/JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular, Knockout, etc.

* The ability to manage clients and advise on technology choices and system improvements

* Microsoft stack
