1) Oracle roadmap providing Project Management services

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years of experience in similar assignments with oracle projects

* Experience with Oracle ERP modules :

o Must have: Oracle HCM (Talent management and Global Human Resources)

o Should Have: Accounts payable (Payments, Payables, Tax, Cash Management, Receivables), Procure-To-Pay (purchasing, self-service procurement), Procurement Sourcing module, Travel Expenses, Budget and planning management)

o Nice to have: General Ledger, financial reports, project portfolio management.

* Proven project management experience (with commonly used methodologies like PMI or PRINCE2)

* Proven change management experience

* Proactive, autonomous and self-starter

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Well-structured and organized

* Reliable and flexible

* Team player

* Meeting and workshop facilitation experience

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to document clear and complete business requirements

* Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
