 Java Developer required for our leading financial client in south London 3 months + contract, must be able to start by Monday 5th of Feb latestJob Role

'€¢Work on the priority agreed with the administrator and the project manager'€¢Import the selected application from either CVS or SVN and deploy locally.'€¢Confirm the upgrade tasks for each application with the project team, including delivery timelines.'€¢Upgrade the selected application to run on WAS v9'€¢Assist the Administrator in deploying the upgraded application.'€¢Document the changes and synch them back into SVN

Experience needed

'€¢Have had exposure to Struts 1, Swing v2, CVS, SVN and most importantly, Java 1.4 to 1.8'€¢Will have experience using either RAD or Eclipse'€¢Will have proven experience in a continuous integration process using Bamboo, Maven, Nexus or any other similar tools'€¢Have good attention to detail and tenacity'€¢Good analytical skills and an eye for finer details'€¢Be a strong communicator but also able to adapt your style to suit
