JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Automation QA Engineer / Automated Software Tester with a background in testing web applications.

Working as the Automation QA Engineer / Automated Software Tester you will be responsible for delivering high quality automated test practices for all systems.

As the Automation QA Engineer / Automated Software Tester you will have demonstrable experience and skills in developing, modifying, and executing automated software test plans as well as analysing and writing test standards and procedures. You’ll be responsible for the documentation of results and will work closely with the Software Development Teams in resolving problems.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Automation QA Engineer / Automated Software Tester you will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a quality assurance role with experience in automated testing

Creation and automation of end to end tests for JavaScript and API endpoints

Continuous integration and monitoring principles

Secure testing practices and familiarity with OWASP

Grounding in MVC architectures and BPM workflows - and the developing of test plans for them

Understanding of rapid development and continuous release methodologies
