Delivery Director - Application Services - InsuranceOur client who are a leading and innovative partner who operate out of London are looking to hire a Delivery Director who can drive forward the Application Services division of their Insurance sector. You will be tasked with liaising with various clients and stakeholders in order to provide a top quality service in accordance with delivery guidelines. You will be responsible for managing a large team of professionals who all operate within the insurance sector. Coordinating with C-Level clients you will have the ability to help with pre-sales teams to take on new organisations to the current portfolio.Role Responsibilities: '€¢Responsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include delivery mangers for insurance clients.'€¢Lead the definition and adherence to delivery management processes and policies.'€¢Manages multiple programs, the coordination and direction of large third-party partner relationships'€¢Contribute to implementing digital and technology strategy across Insurance clients'€¢Working with CXO level at client organisations to understand their strategy and liaise with colleagues to assist CXO's in achieving their strategy journey'€¢Responsible for delivery and customer satisfaction on all insurance engagements along with full compliance of SLAs/KPI's'€¢Being a point of escalation from delivery perceptive for Insurance clients The Person '€¢Extensive experience at overseeing and managing large and complex accounts'€¢Extensive experience managing large third party relationships across geographies and/or industries in the successful achievement of customer satisfaction levels.'€¢Excellent understanding of the London Insurance Market (both Lloyds and company platforms) and LMTOM initiatives (London Market Target Operating Model)'€¢Commercial insurance experience would also be desirable'€¢Excellent understanding of regulatory projects underway and current regulations'€¢Experience working with Product vendors in the London market'€¢Must be commercially aware, able to identify & effectively communicate commercial propositions'€¢Able to produce and deliver relevant and effective training as required and necessary both into Managed Services staff and customers where relevant Benefits Include: '€¢£6k car allowance'€¢Bonus scheme - up to 20%'€¢Pension scheme - at least 4.5% employee contribution / 9% employer contribution'€¢25 days holiday - ability to buy or sell 5 days a year Delivery Director - Application Services - InsuranceDue to the volume of applications received for positions it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
