£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits + Holiday + Pension

This well-established client is going through a period of substantial growth specialising in the production of high-end mechanical systems for industries such as Aerospace, Rail, Manufacturing, Automotive and Defense. The client prides themselves on producing a high quality product and offering a platform for career progression.

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee the operations of 150 staff across the manufacturing facility and be directly involved in implementing new ideas to improve efficiencies as well as profitability. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the future growth of the company in a specialist industry.

The Role:

*Overseeing a manufacturing facility

*Planning, scheduling and management of all operation staff

*Implementing improvements to efficiency and profits

The Person:

*Management experience from a manufacturing background

*Knowledge of MRP and/or ERP systems

*Exposure to Lean methods ideal but not necessary
