Solution Lead - Lean Sigma Six

Key Accountabilities:
1 Assess the As-Is Operating model of the Client's BPO services to design a New operating model definition that will encompass the Organisation structure, improved and digitised processes, technology landscape, performance management and the location strategy required to run the back office processes as a Shared Service center for delivering cost benefits and sustained growth platform to the organisation
2 Provide direction to the team of Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver the strategic projects for the Client across various geographic locations
3 Operating model review of the BPO Services in Italy, Romania , France and Czech
4 Manage stakeholder relationships, and propagate the use of the Consulting team
5 Identify opportunities for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change
6 Strengthen the delivery methodology
7 Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches
8 Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
9 Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach Consultants, business stakeholders, other project resources
10 Ensure compliance with the needs of the project office
* Min. 10+ years of relevant experience in Process Consulting
* Min 2-3 projects delivered on designing Target Operating model for Businessess particularly around Shared Services.
* Strong hold of data analytics and lean six sigma
* Experience working on Robotics process automations and any other cognitive solutions
* Hands on experience on managing digitisation projects for the banking or Insurance clients
* Should be a team player with flexibility to work collaborative with other teams/functions on a large scale program
* Adept at process performance management and governance
Technical Skills/Competencies:
* Experience working on designing Target Operating Models for Business Processes is a must.
* Strong Understanding of Shared Services including devising location startegies and business case for setting up a new center
* Strong understanding of Business Process operations as a consultant/advisory
* Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and drive beneficial process improvements.
* Good communications, negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to:
* Produce concise reports, senior stakeholder briefings and quality requirements documentation.
* Conduct stakeholder review sessions, ensuring understanding of concepts in order to gain support and sign off of deliverables.
* Should be well versed with the Lean Six Sigma tools eg. MS Visio using BPMN and Minitab
* Must possess good PowerPoint creation and presentation skills
Knowledge and Expertise (essential)
* Post Graduate or related degree of equivalent work experience
* Strong relevant experience as Consulting Lead supporting the development of complex technical enterprise solutions
* Proven experience in designing Target Operating Models
* Strong understanding of Shared Services set up
* Strong communications skills with proven ability to facilitate workshops and effective solution brainstorming
