Head of IT Project Delivery (Programme Manager) £57,000 + Benefits and Car

Head of IT project Delivery Urgently needed for global business based in Northampton, My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager /Programme Manager to Manage, Maintain and develop Project Capability inline with business Strategy in the UK, You will have experience across managing multiple programmes across the UK, Managing Projects Managers and various IT teams in the UK. If you have experience across Logistics/ Supply chain or Warehouse management systems (WMS) it will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

*Manage And develop project team Personnel

*Guide the development of the team towards successful Project delivery

*Drive functional understanding of the business

*Build and manage relationships with internal external stakeholders

*Ensure intercompany billing is completed every month

*Provide technical leadership through coaching/mentoring

*Maintain high standards of project delivery within the team establishing robust processes

*Identify areas for growth and improvement

*Collaborate with software developers, Business Analyst and architects to plan, design, test and develop applications built using JAVA /C# technology

*Provide clarification of project solution design

*Design IT Solutions in accordance with standards
