Business Analyst (Agile BA IT Technology eCommerce Travel). Make your mark on a global travel eCommerce by utilising your exceptional BA skills to seek out new and creative ways of improving team processes.

As a Business Analyst you will take on a large number of responsibilities including; understanding and defining business requirements using appropriate techniques (workshops and 1-2-1's), identifying and selecting solutions and supporting the project manager in overseeing the project portfolio, ensuring that all business processes run smoothly. You will be driven to motivate and encourage your team to follow best practise at all times, driving the company's success forwards.

Based in South West London / Surrey, you will be working in a friendly, informal team environment where you can enjoy a number of company perks including flexible working, casual dress code and Friday drinks.

Requirements:

*Previous experience as a Business Analyst

*Experience working in the travel industry

*Strong communication and management skills

*Experience with Agile methodologies

*Ability to create appropriate documentation such as UML process flows and wireframes / sketches to support conversations with both development teams and stakeholders

*Desirable: Degree educated
