One of the UK's most outstanding asset management firms is currently looking to bolster its ranks with a disclosures reporting analyst in London.

The role is focused on regulatory disclosures reporting in alignment to MiFID II regulations. Carrying out controls, checks and reconciliations throughout the department to minimise the clients exposure to risk; to ensure these allow the team to meet its reporting responsibilities and to carry out all routines as described in the department's procedures.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of relevant regulation particularly in respect of disclosures.

- A number of aspects of investment operations, including some of the following: custody, dealing, trade processing, corporate actions, instrument types and markets, compliance.

- Relevant regulation and legislation, particularly in respect of disclosures would be an advantage.

- Knowledge and/ or experience of: Short selling, transparency directive, takeover panel reporting.
