We currently have a requirement for a Senior Planner to lead the planning function for a medium-sized fit-out and interiors specialist in Central London. Our client is a progressive, privately-owned business who have experienced dramatic growth in the last 7-8 years and have become a well-known name in the London interiors market.

On Offer:

Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £75,000 per annum plus car/allowance, pension, health, etc.

The current requirement is for a Senior Planner to essentially lead the planning function for the business through both tender and live stages. This individual will need to be comfortable working under minimal supervision and have had tender and live-construction experience, with an ability to use Asta Powerproject software.

Ideally, our client is seeking the following:

- Significant construction planning experience on fit-out and refurbishment schemes in the UK.

- Relevant engineering/construction degree desirable.

- Tender and live stage experience.

- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

- Eligible to work in the UK.
