We are passionate about recruiting great people into our business and developing their talent. This year we have an exciting Graduate opportunity, we are looking for an Associate Software Developer to join our team as part of our brand new Masters Apprenticeship Programme.

Day to day you will analyse, design, develop, test, and modify new and existing internal applications in areas such as web or enterprise/business application development, system and data integrations, and/or API development. You will also deliver an application of high quality, incorporating current best practices and methodologies.

As an Associate Software Developer you will maintain an awareness of and research new technologies, trends, architectures and implementation techniques as they relate to the delivery of applications, integrations and data.

Training and development is a key factor with this role. You will be rewarded with an accredited qualification in SAS through our onsite training centre, in addition to a Master’s degree from a leading UK University achieved via distance learning.

What we are looking for:

- Degree in STEM related subject

- Achieved or on target to achieve a 2:1 or above

- A real passion for technology and exposure to programming languages such as Java, Oracle, SQL and/ or SAS products

- Someone with a curious, analytical mind, combined with a desire to solve problems whilst thriving to find solutions to complex issues

- A self-starter with a desire to learn and continuously improve
