Project Manager - Maximo

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 p/a DOE + car allowance and other benefits

A really exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding company in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus car allowance and benefits and the chance to join an innovative, forward thinking team on a series of major change projects.

Essential skills:

* Strong background delivering Maximo rollout or equivalent management workforce system

* Varied IT/business change background

* Demonstrable experience delivering projects from concept to close

* Proactive and hands on approach to project delivery

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior stakeholders and third parties

* Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods

Desirable skills:

* Utilities industry experience

* In-depth understanding of Maximo workforce system

Day to day role:

As Project Manager you will form a key part of the leadership team, working closely with senior management to ensure that the ongoing Maximo workforce management system is rolled out to plan as well as then picking up a variety of projects across the Change programme. I this role you will be instrumental in maintaining the direction of projects as well as leading a diverse team, ranging from Developers to Business Analysts, and ensuring that progress is communicated up to board level.
