Product Manager - 60k

We are recruiting for a market leading company, currently going through a rapid period of expansion we are looking for multiple Product Manager's to join the company and drive forward product development and improve the offering to customers.

The Product Manager will have a real opportunity to make a difference in a large business and the role requires a candidate willing to go the extra mile to deliver market leading products.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the following:

* Understanding the needs of the product line, looking at where improvements can be made and ensuring the product remains the market leader.

* Ensure that the product meets the business demand, making sure that the products can maximize profit for the business.

* Understand the development processes, looking at where structural changes can be made to improve the delivery of products.

* Collaborate with other teams, team members and senior stakeholders work on product development.

* Build a vision for the future development of the products.

* Work closely with development teams to build excellent products.

Background required for Product Manager:

* Strong experience of delivery products, having a strong focus on driving through improvements.

* Experience in Supply Chain software for the retail sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.

* Excellent experience working in an Agile environment and implementing agile methodologies.

* Strong academic background. Degree in a science or analytical subject is preferred.

* Excellent experience of working collaboratively with various teams.

* Technical experience covering one of SQL, Java or .Net would be highly beneficial.

The Product Manager role is based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

The Product Manager role will pay a salary in the region of £55,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
